Prices & Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, Afterpay or Zip pay. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the checkout process.

When shipping to international destinations duties may be imposed by the destination country. We will endeavour to minimise duty charges by correctly labelling the goods, however, we cannot take responsibility if duties are incurred.

Online Shopping

Thank you for shopping online at the Granite Belt Christmas Farm Store. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including and without limitation, unavailability of product, error of image, product description, or if the price wrong or an error in your order.

Granite belt Christmas Farm accepts orders only in Australia Mainland.

Granite Belt Christmas Farm only lists products that are available for instant delivery, unless specified on the product page as coming soon/ pre order. In most circumstances we will notify you if a product is unavailable before we dispatch all your order. However, in some cases this is not possible, and Granite Belt Christmas Farm may need to cancel part or all of your order. If this is the situation Granite Belt Christmas Farm will issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Granite Belt Christmas Farm may vary the prices on this website at any time. Product availability and product prices may vary between our retail store and products found on this website.

Discount Codes

All discount codes or promotional codes are valid at the time of order placement only and must be entered in correctly at the relevant point in the payment process for you to be eligible for the discount or promotional offers. Discounts or promotional offers will not be valid or honoured on orders successfully placed without using the relevant or correct code.

Pre Order Terms & Conditions

In certain circumstances, we will enable pre-order for a product before it’s available and provide an estimated date of arrival. Although all efforts are made to meet the estimated arrival date, factors out of our control may cause delivery dates to change.

As a result, if a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Granite Belt Christmas Farm are not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to such delays.

Regular updates will be made regarding your order directly via email.

Delivery

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and will only deliver to addresses within Australia. All orders will be shipped from Granite Belt Christmas Farm’s warehouse which is located at 321 Aerodrome Road Applethorpe QLD 4378 within one to five business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location.

Click & Collect | Farm Pickup

Granite Belt Christmas Farm offers a free click and collection option. This option means your order must be picked up directly from Granite Belt Christmas farm in person. You will be notified via email when you order has been packed and is ready for pickup. Please see shipping and returns for further details.

Cancelling An Order

Please choose carefully as Granite Belt Christmas Farm do not allow cancellations once an order has been processed.

Password And Account Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account and all activities that take place under your password or account. If you will be using a shared computer, ensure that you logout of your account at the end of each session. If you believe that there has been a security breach or misuse of your password or account, please let us know immediately.

Granite Belt Christmas Farm will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of your failure to comply with this clause.

Layby Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum 20% deposit.

MINIMUM VALUE – Lay-by is available on purchases of $50 or more.

EXCLUSIONS – Lay-by is not available on events, picnics, or gift vouchers.

TERM – Standard Lay-by is available for a 6-month term and must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt.

PAYMENTS – Payments are required every 14 – 21 days with a minimum payment amount of $25. The customer can visit us instore to make a payment or alternatively, contact our customer service team on 0499 924 289 to make a payment over the phone.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS – In addition to the minimum payments, customers can make unlimited instalments during their lay-by term.

CANCELLATION – A customer can cancel a layby at any time and will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the order. If a customer fails to make payments when they are due or fails to collect Lay-bys by the due date a termination fee of 50% of the total order will be charged.
The customer is entitled to a full refund if:
• If the business closes.
• The products are out of stock or not available.

NO MODIFICATION – Lay-by orders cannot be modified.

COLLECTION – The Lay-by must be paid in full before any products can be taken.
