In most circumstances we will notify you if a product is unavailable before we dispatch all of your order. However, in some cases this is not possible, and Granite Belt Christmas Farm may need to cancel part or all of your order. If this is the situation Granite Belt Christmas Farm will issue a refund in full all amounts you paid for the unavailable product.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

In certain circumstances, we will enable pre-order for a product before it’s available and provide an estimated date of arrival. Although all efforts are made to meet the estimated arrival date, factors out of our control may cause delivery dates to change.

As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, GBCF are not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to such delays.
