Shop our Click & Collect Service with Ease!  

GBCF offer a FREE click and collect service on our website. Simply select Click & Collect – Pick up directly from our Farm at the checkout.

Shop at your leisure on our website and pick your favourite products up from our Farm at a convenient time that suits you! 

All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

When collecting your order, please use the emailed order notification on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo ID. 

If you authorise another person to collect your order on your behalf please ensure they have your email confirmation & photo ID and you have notified our customer service team their name  via email at shop@granitebeltchristmasfarm.com.au or phone 0499 924 289.

Once you have collected your order please ensure all products are accounted for. Once the order has left Granite Belt Christmas Farm it is the customer’s  responsibility for any damage or loss of items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have received all their orders before leaving the Farm as any orders left at the Farm will be posted out at the customers expense. 

Any orders not collected can be shipped to a nominated postal address at the customers expense.

We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 5 Months  once you receive your “Ready for Collection” email notification.
