Visiting The Farm

Yes, we are open all year round. Our farm is open 7 days a week from 9am – 4pm (Mon-Sat) & from 9am – 2pm (Sun)

CLOSED Good Friday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and the month of February. Please call our shop to check for public holiday openings. 

As much as we love them, unfortunately we don’t allow dogs on the farm as we have other animals such as ducks and donkeys which don’t agree with them. They can however stay in the carpark under a shady tree. Thanks for your understanding. 🐶

Yes it is. We also have allocated parking and an accessible toilet.

We can get very busy especially on weekends, so we do recommend you book a table, especially if you have a large group. You can call us on 0499 924 289 to book. We look forward to seeing you at the farm🎄

Our Farm Fresh Christmas Trees

Yes we do. Pre Order Online HERE. These will be available for pickup directly from our farm only. Stock is limited. Strictly no refunds

Our helpful elves will select your tree and tag it with your details. You can visit the farm anytime from the 30th November – 23rd December to collect your tree. It will continue to grow in our paddock until you want to pick it up. 

Pre ordered trees are tagged by our elves only. You do not get to choose your tree when you arrive, however you can get a family selfie at your tree and watch your tree get cut & baled!

If you would like to pick your own Farm Fresh Christmas Tree visit our farm from Thursday the 30th of November until 23rd of December or until Sold Out. Please be mindful that stock is limited. 

Pick up is directly from Farm only. We do not deliver as we believe it is a truly magical experience coming to our farm and picking your very own tree.

Your tree is put through our bailing machine, which wraps your tree securely for its journey home. Your tree will fit in a standard car, if your back seats can fold down through to the boot, alternatively you can bring rope to tie your tree down if you are putting it in a trailer or a ute.

Yes! Our range of Christmas goods are available online with delivery Australia wide. We also offer Afterpay so you can buy now, pay later. Shop Now  🎁🎅🤶

All our online orders are sent via Australia post. You will receive a tracking number to your email once your item is dispatched. You can then track your delivery online via the Australia Post Website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

Yes we do. Simply select CLICK & COLLECT at the checkout. In most instances, we will require 1 business day to pick and pack your order. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you via the email provided. Pick up is only available directly from our farm at 321 Aerodrome Road, Applethorpe QLD 4378

Some items are too large to be sent via Australia Post so these are available for Local Pick Up only. If one of these items is in your cart, you will not be able to enter a delivery address. 

Please email us at shop@granitebeltchristmasfarm.com.au us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get this all sorted out for you. Please be sure to include your order number and an image of the damaged item. 

We accept credit cards, paypal and afterpay

To receive a card, you must sign up to our Christmas club instore. 

Signing up online means you will receive club member benefits such as newsletters, sneak peaks, birthday vouchers and special offers. At present you cannot redeem Christmas Club points online. These are only available for redemption in store. 

Please quote your card number in the order notes and we can make sure these are added for you. At present, points can only be redeemed in store only.
