Shipping & Returns


Shipping will calculate at the checkout based on your delivery address and selected items. At present, we can only ship within Australia. All items are sent with tracking via Australia post.

The Granite Belt Christmas Farm wants your items to arrive as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all items from our farm within 1-2 business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been packed and sent.

Shipping times are approximately 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but we will keep you updated with the delivery of your Christmas items. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been marked as shipped.

Express delivery is also available. This is the fastest delivery option offered by Australia Post. Please see the checkout for rates.

Please allow extra time for your deliveries to arrive during busy periods.

FREE Local Pickup

We do offer a FREE click and collect option on our website. Simply select FARM PICKUP at the checkout. In most instances, we will require 1 business day to pick and pack your order. Pick up is only available directly from our farm at 321 Aerodrome Road, Applethorpe QLD 4378

When picking up your order, please ensure you have all your items. If you have placed multiple click and collect orders, it is your responsibility to make sure all orders are accounted for. Any missed items can be posted at the customers expense.

Our farm fresh Christmas trees are available for direct pickup from our farm only. No later than 23rd December.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. If you wish to track the delivery of your order, you can log in to the Australia Post website HERE and enter your tracking number.

Once your order has been packed and shipped with care by Granite Belt Christmas Farm we take no responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost in transit or stolen once delivered.
Customers must supply a valid contact email and mobile number. We accept no liability if we are unable to contact a customer if the contact details were not supplied, were supplied incorrectly or are invalid. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is correct.  Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods. This may lead to additional delivery fees.

Please choose carefully as the Granite Belt Christmas Farm does not provide refunds for change of mind.

Granite Belt Christmas Farm will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit or refund if:

  • The product is faulty or the product is not what you ordered.
  • It is the customers responsibility to contact our online team within 7 days of receiving a delivery to report any faults or issues.
  • Customers are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned. If we deem the product to be faulty, we will reimburse any reasonable return costs that have been paid. Please note a receipt must be provided.
  • Product must be in the original condition and packaging for return. Proof of purchase will be required.
