Shipping

Shipping will calculate at the checkout based on your delivery address and selected items. All items are sent with tracking via Australia post.

The Granite Belt Christmas Farm wants your items to arrive as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all items from our farm within 1-2 business day (please note we are closed Tuesdays). You will receive a notification once your order has been packed and sent.

Shipping times are approximately 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. (excludes international shipments) Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but we will keep you updated with the delivery of your Christmas items. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been marked as shipped.

Express delivery is also available. This is the fastest delivery option offered by Australia Post. Please see the checkout for rates.

International Shipments – T&Cs

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Granite Belt Christmas Farm is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse any of these costs. If you refuse a shipment from Granite Belt Christmas Farm, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your order refund.

Please allow extra time for your deliveries to arrive during our peak periods – NOV to DEC

FREE Local Pickup

We do offer a FREE click and collect option on our website. Simply select FARM PICKUP at the checkout. In most instances, we will require 1 business day to pick and pack your order. Pick up is only available directly from our farm at 321 Aerodrome Road, Applethorpe QLD 4378. You will receive an email notification when you order is ready for collection.

When collecting your order, you can use the emailed order notification on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo id and sign for the collection.
If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo id in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase.

Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all orders are accounted for. Any orders not collected can be shipped to a nominated postal address at the customers expense.

We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 30 calendar days once you receive your “Ready for Collection” email notification.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. If you wish to track the delivery of your order, you can log in to the Australia Post website HERE and enter your tracking number.

Once your order has been packed and shipped with care by Granite Belt Christmas Farm we take no responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost in transit or stolen once delivered.
Customers must supply a valid contact email and mobile number. We accept no liability if we are unable to contact a customer if the contact details were not supplied, were supplied incorrectly or are invalid. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is correct.  Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods. This may lead to additional delivery fees.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at the Granite Belt Christmas Farm.

We do not accept change of mind purchases. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase at checkout.

We offer FREE returns on products that are faulty or do not work as the intended purpose. A refund and/or exchange will be offered within the first 14 days of your purchase. We will not cover a refund or exchange for negligence, misuse, or accidental damage.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

We highly recommend if you purchase any products outside the Christmas season you test them immediately, or within the 14 days of purchase to avoid any disappointment if your product is faulty.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Purchased with the last 14 days.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • The product is deemed faulty from the manufacturer.

EXEMPT PRODUCTS

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift Vouchers
  • Products on Sale
  • Customer Change of Mind
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

Unless faulty, Granite Belt Christmas Farm will require your product to be returned at the customer’s expense.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and it is under inspection. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will refund you the shipping cost.

Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

If your return is rejected, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost or collection of your product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@granitebeltchristmasfarm.com.au

SHIPPING A RETURN

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any returns should be sent with tracking to ensure it reaches us.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless an item is deemed faulty) If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of shipping will be excluded from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We are not responsible for your return parcel if deemed missing in transit.
  • Please note we will require the product to be retuned BEFORE a replacement is sent out to you.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email your enquiry to shop@granitebeltchristmasfarm.com.au
  2. In your email provide: Customer name, Order number, Proof of purchase, Description of fault and Photos of faulty product. Please allow 48 hours for our Customer Service team to respond.
  3. Please note we will require the product to be retuned BEFORE a replacement is sent out to you.
