Whilst many recipes hold a secret herb or spice, it is the secret chefs of Santa”s Pantry bakery that make every mouthful magical, every belly wanting more. We are delighted to finally be able introduce you to two of our secret chefs, Penny and Ricky Baker. Penny has been at Santa’s Pantry bakery for hundreds of years, in fact, she has been there since the very beginning. Creativity is Penny’s forte, taking inspiration from those near and far. For example, her bestie Mr Gingerbread sparked her passion for baked goods. Humble beginnings with just a simple cookie, her recipes have become some of the most popular festive treats the world over. Forever rolling, mixing, creating, Penny is 40cm tall.
