Shipping Policy

General

Shipping will calculate at the checkout based on your delivery address and selected items. Most of our items are sent with tracking, via Australia Post. Oversized items will be sent with tracking, via one of our couriers. 

The Granite Belt Christmas Farm wants your items to arrive as quickly as possible. We aim to have orders processed 1-2 business days however during peak periods and sale events, please allow additional time for processing (please note we are closed Monday and/or Tuesday – depending on the season).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Tracking details will be sent separately.

Shipping times are approximately 2 to 10 business days depending on your location (excludes international shipments). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but we will keep you updated with the delivery of your Christmas items. 

Express delivery is also available. This is the fastest delivery option offered by Australia Post. Please see the checkout for rates.

Once your order has been packed and shipped with care by Granite Belt Christmas Farm, we take no responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost in transit or stolen once delivered.

Customers must supply a valid contact email and mobile number. We accept no liability if we are unable to contact a customer if the contact details were not supplied, were supplied incorrectly or are invalid. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is correct.  Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods. This may lead to additional delivery fees.

In the event that there are any issues with your order, Granite Belt Christmas Farm will contact you via phone or email.

Click & Collect

Granite Belt Christmas Farm offer a free click & collect service on our website. Shop at your leisure online and pick up your favourite products from our farm at a convenient time that suits you!

Simply select ‘Click & Collect – Pick up directly at our farm’ at the checkout. 

We aim to have orders processed in 1-2 business days however during peak periods and sale events, please allow additional time for processing.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before coming to collect your order. 

When collecting your order, your order confirmation email and photo ID will be required. 

If you would like to authorise another person to collect your order on your behalf, please notify our customer service team at hello@granitebeltchristmasfarm.com.au or phone 0499 924 289. Please ensure your authorised person has a copy of your order confirmation email and their photo ID for ready for collection. 

Once you have collected your order, please ensure all products are accounted and their condition. Once the order has left Granite Belt Christmas Farm, it is the customer’s responsibility for any damage or loss of items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have received all their orders and/or items before leaving the farm as any orders left behind will be shipped at the customer’s expense.

We will hold your click & collect orders for a period of 8 weeks from the date you receive your ‘ready for collection’ email notification. Any orders not collected after this time will be cancelled and refunded or shipped at the customer’s expense.

Free Shipping

Periodically, we may offer free shipping coupons. Our free shipping excludes bulky and oversized items.

If a bulky or oversized item is purchased using a free shipping coupon, our team will contact the customer to arrange payment for the shipping costs associated with that item(s).

Granite Belt Christmas Farm reserves the right to determine which items are considered bulky or oversized.

International Shipments – Terms & Conditions

We are unable to ship to the United States of America (USA) at this time.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Granite Belt Christmas Farm is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse any of these costs.

If you refuse a shipment from Granite Belt Christmas Farm, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your order refund.

Due to posting restrictions, fragrances and diffuser oils cannot currently be shipped overseas.
